After only two weeks in collection for the National Take Back Initiative, Troup County has answered by disposing of approximately 60 pounds of prescription medications at TCSO. Nationally, the DEA has collected around 500 tons in collection efforts prior to this month's drive. Anxious to get the overall totals from the initiative... THANK YOU, Troup County!!! Let's do it again soon.
