THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PEACHTREE CITY HAS ISSUED A WIND ADVISORY, WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 8 PM EST THIS EVENING.

* LOCATIONS MOST OF NORTH AND CENTRAL GEORGIA SOUTH AND EAST OF DALTON TO ROME.

* WINDS...SUSTAINED WINDS INCREASING TO AROUND 20 MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH.

* TIMING...FROM AROUND NOON TO 8 PM THIS EVENING.

* IMPACTS...WINDS THIS STRONG CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT, ESPECIALLY FOR HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. TREES OR TREE LIMBS COULD BE BLOWN DOWN. SECURE LOOSE OUTDOOR OBJECTS.
