Sheriff Donny Turner and everyone at the Troup County Sheriff's Office would like to graciously and humbly thank those at Rosemont Baptist Church, Franklin Road Baptist Church, the families of the West Georgia Homeschool Association, LaGrange 10 (Carmike Cinemas) and Jim Bob's for a wonderful evening of "Dinner and a Movie".
As a result of the generosity from those mentioned, the employees of the Troup County Sheriff's Office were treated to a viewing of the movie "Courageous". This film was an inspiring and refreshing course in fatherhood. We were also reminded of the dangers facing those who choose to serve and protect the citizens of our great County.
It goes without saying that, whenever we put on the badge we have you in mind. We simply ask that you keep us in your prayers, as we strive to be courageous in our duties.
